Service was fine and reasonable fast. People mostly polite. The only issue I arrived 15 minutes before 8 AM and nobody was there. Other than that I cannot complain.
It’s very efficient and courteous service. It couldn’t be easier than this one. They update you via text messages and offer options for pickup and delivery.

Upon arrival at the service department I was given a polite and friendly greeting and my vehicle was checked into the system swiftly. A short while later I was on my way in a beautiful loaner car. I returned the following day to pick up my car and was again treated nicely and with efficiency. I received an update about the work done and was soon out of the door. My thanks go to Vic and Mike and their great supporting cast.
I had a Levante lease for 3 years - loved the car but was not happy with the service thus i had NO intention of leasing another Maserati - we secured another vehicle and walked in to return my Levante.... RANDY CARPEN changed that... he was responsive, diligent and was able to address all of our concerns. I cannot say enough about this salesperson - we had an outstanding experience which resulted in another 4 year lease. Just further proving that its not the product but the salesperson and the experience that dictates ALL!! Thank you Randy!!

I can't overemphasize just how professional and helpful Sean Fitzgerald was while my Portofino was in the Ferrari of Ft. Lauderdale Service Department for five weeks. Every time I emailed him, he answered me immediately. Every time I called him, he picked up the phone or returned my call within a few minutes. When I was angry and frustrated, he was incredibly patient with me. In short, he deserves ten stars, not five!! Ferrari if Ft. I inquired with Michael Troedel by phone and email as to how much it would cost to replace my damaged steering Rack. He answered promptly and was very help with the entire process, it made submitting the bill to the insurance quick and easy. Dealership was great. Unfortunately one small issue is still unresolved. Lift gate failure under specific conditions. This is an Alfa Romeo issue, not the dealership. Mike has been great in trying to solve this problem.
